Colorado Makes National List for Most Expensive Street

According to a new Zillow report, streets in Cherry Hills Village, Arapahoe County, make up most of the list.

Luxury homes on Cherry Hills Park Drive in the Village are the most expensive in the city, with a median home value of $9.4 million.

What is the most expensive street in the state?

Strawberry Park Court, a small road in Beaver Creek, tops the Colorado list and is No. 6 in the nation for the most expensive homes. Homes listed there have a median price of $12.42 million.

Here are metro Denver’s top 10 most expensive streets listed on Zillow’s database, along with their median home value:

Cherry Hills Park Drive, Cherry Hills Village — $ 9,400,517.
Lynn Road, Cherry Hills Village — $ 5,467,073.
Polo Club Circle, Cherry Hills Village — $ 3,689,108.
Polo Club Drive, Cherry Hills Village — $ 3,627,805.
Sandy Lake Road, Cherry Hills Village — $ 3,231,434.
Blackmer Road, Cherry Hills Village — $ 3,214,217.
Oxford Lane, Cherry Hills Village — $ 2,685,729.
Linden Lane, Greenwood Village — $ 2,599,832.
