You’re Invited!
Please mark your calendars for October 23, 2016, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and come to the Genesee Town Center, located at 25859 Genesee Trail Road, Golden, CO 80401. You will be able to meet local artists, many of the business owners, team members and staff, and win some great prizes. Did you know all these incredible businesses were in the Genesee Town Center?
We are very excited to invite everyone to an open house of the many of the business in the Genesee Town Center. This is collaborative effort where many of the business owners and their staff are very much looking forward to meeting you.
As you will discover, when you visit the Genesee Town Center, you are treated like family and friends. We may be a little tucked away; however, we care about our customers and want to be sure you know about these amazing businesses. This is your opportunity to learn about these businesses that are in your backyard or on your way to the mountains and win some great prizes. You will discover the high quality products and services, along with excellent food.
In addition to the open houses, we will be hosting an art show at the Alaris Properties’ office where you will be able to buy art from three local artists, and register to win raffle prizes from the participating businesses.

Each of these artists are also giving away greeting cards with original renderings of their art in the raffle. In other words, when you enter to win the other prizes, you also have a chance to take home one of three sets of greeting cards.
The prizes include gift certificates to Guido’s Pizza and Buffalo Moon Coffee Shop along with a facial from Zoe Skin Care & Boutique, a fudge tray from Genesee Candy Land & Fudge Factory, a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon from Genesee Wine and Spirits, greting cards from each of the displaying artist, a home whitening kit from Genesee Dental Group, and a 3-month membership to Genesee Mountain Fitness Center. There will be specials at each business and the art will be available for purchase at the Alaris Properties’ office. To be entered in the raffle, visit each of the shops and restaurants in the Genesee Town Center that are included in this invitation, have them punch your invitation, and return your card to The Alaris Team by 5:45. You must be present to win.
