Our commitment to excellence runs deep. It is our duty and honor to uphold that commitment – plus we like being excellent. In fact, we enjoy it so much that we have chosen to complete a three-month introspective training course to open our hearts and eyes to this wonderful process of excellence.

The entire Alaris Properties team has chosen to work together to complete this training called “The Hero’s Choice.” Each of us strive to be better at what we do and produce better at what we do and produce better results for our clients. As stated in the workbook, if you want your life or your business to improve, then you have to step up to your responsibility and make better choices. We want to share with you a piece of our philosophy and heart, which propels our success in this business.

Personally, my highest commitment is to excellence, which I define as going beyond the call of duty and doing more than others expect. It comes from striving and maintaining the highest standards, looking after the smallest details and going the extra mile. It means doing your very best in everything, in every way. When you marry excellence with gratitude, you have a formula for complete life satisfaction.

As we work through our training, we have been asked to define our purpose, consider how we live our lives, how we interact with other people, stand in a place of extreme integrity, and create the mindset and habits that help us achieve the best results. Of course, we are applying these questions directly to how we sell real estate in a complicated market.
