Increasing Demands for Condos Not Being Met

Aug 21, 2014

New condo projects are rare these days, and those that are being built are more often for rent than for sale. Demand for condominiums in Denver, though, continues to be higher than ever.

A report from Denver Metro Association of Realtors® shows:

-> The average time on market for condos in the metro area dropped from 38 days to 26 days year-over-year in July, a decrease of 31 percent.

-> The average sold price increased by 11 percent from $201,081 to $224,421 in the same period.
