Many questions surround the housing market these days. Where is it going? Is it a good time to buy or sell? In order to make a prediction, several factors must be considered: jobs and the perception of job security, the number of housing starts and foreclosures and a market’s absorption rate (the number of months it takes for an inventory of properties to be sold) must all be analyzed.
