People Flocking to Colorado

Feb 2, 2015

According to the 2014 Allied Van Lines Magnet States Report, in 2014, Colorado ranked No. 5 among states that had more people moving in than out.

The report is based on people who use Westmont, Illinois-based Allied Van Lines as a moving service. It found that although 2,011 people left the state, 2,485 moved in, creating a net total of 474 inbound moves.

Colorado was also in the No. 5 spot in last year’s report, now in its 47th year. Overall, Allied’s report found that most of the 50 states analyzed remained stable compared to 2013.
