Jon helped us buy our last home in October 2011. We were in California so my parents worked with Jon. We knew that we would use him again and recently he helped us close on a new home.
Jon is really good because he has the legal background. He knows exactly how to write up contracts. There were a few structural issues that needed to be addressed with our new home, so we were thankful to have him on our side.
The thing with Jon Terry is, if there are any issues I just know he will resolve it. Jon is extremely professional, easy to talk to and really knows what a house needs. Whatever we need, we trust that he’ll make it happen.
