We reached out to Jon last Fall after receiving a referral from a friend and noted we weren’t in a position to buy until Spring of the following year. We were also still living in the SF Bay Area and not very familiar with Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Jon helped build trust with us early on by his willingness to jump on the phone, email us potential upcoming listings, and spend a day showing me a few homes/neighborhoods in late 2024.
